The Big Conversation on Dismantling Racism and Privilege (BC-DRaP) is a partnership of Middleham and St. Peter's Episcopal Parish and the following Southern Maryland organizations: 

All Saints Episcopal Parish Sunderland, Calvert County NAACP, Calvert County Public Schools, the Calvert Library, Charles County NAACP, the Community Mediation Centers of Calvert and St. Mary's Counties, Concerned Black Women of Calvert County, Emmanuel SDA Church, the Patuxent Friends Quaker Meeting, Remnant Center of Excellence, Inc., St. Mary's County NAACP, and St. Mary’s County Public Schools.
