The Big Conversation on Dismantling Racism and Privilege (BC-DRaPC) is in its third year of engaging the community in important conversations on race and privilege [Click Here to See the Executive Summaries]. This project has brought a diverse group of people together to honestly and openly discuss racism. The conversations model constructive civil discourse while building relationships in the community. Activities have drawn over 200 community members. The audience is diverse in age, gender, race, religion, economic status, and geographical location. There is no charge.
