Small Group Discussion
Welcome (3:00 – 3:02)
Welcome and thank you for coming! We are here today to talk about “We Didn’t
Know. . . Exploring Racism and Privilege in Our Community” and what it means
to each of us. We will probably touch on some tough issues like how we understand
ourselves and others, how we relate to one another, and how we might do better. In
sharing each other’s’ perspectives, we hope to have a good discussion that you can take
back with you to your own friends, families and communities. Our goal is to build
personal connections and stronger community.
