Distribute the The Executive Summaries for our events were shared by email
Executive Summary with all attendees. They were also shared with our partner
organizations, presenters and panelists. BC-7 panelists included a
member of the Calvert County Board of Education and the
Superintendent of Schools, so the report was available to share
with their organizations.
Document the Entire Steering Committee members felt the need to document the
Process history and process of organizing these events. The journey from
early gatherings to these large community conversations was long
but extremely rewarding. They wanted to make this information
available to others who wish to organize similar events in their
communities. This document is the result.
