Set up for Registration: John leader for registration – Vicki   leader for nametags and card
                      table

                         1.  Two rectangular, long rectangular tables should be in the hall facing the ticket booth
                             and the main lobby doors.
                         2.  There should be 8 chairs available – if not see Diane.
                         3.  There are two electrical outlets, one on the corner of the wall and one around the
                             corner on the main lobby wall. Use these for extension cords.
                         4.  Set up the computers on these tables starting closes to the main lobby.
                         5.  Set out 2 donation jars or cans at either end of the tables
                         6.  Post Registration Signs, with tape, in front of each computer.
                         7.  Allow room for Vicki and her nametag box at the end of the table closes to the
                             auditorium
                         8.  Post Nametag sign
                         9.  Set up card table across the room from Vicki -put Sharpies here, and post sign for
                             writing names
                         10. Take Down: Reverse the process for take down. Exit Cards, any materials and
                             donation cans should be left on the Registration tables for Diane. Others will be
                             bringing materials and buttons to the registration tables.
                         11. John will take care of capturing the registration data from each computer on a stick.

                      Set up for Signage: Nancy and Alonzo leaders – working with the teens:

                      This task is to be done AFTER the classrooms are set-up-See above

                             1.  Get signs and tape from Diane
                             2.  Post the Welcome signs on the front outside doors of the lobby entrance.
                             3.  Post Small Group direction signs along the hallway between the auditorium and
                                the English Wing.
                             4.  Note some signs point left, others point right  - use depending on which wall you
                                are posting on.
                             5.  Note there are 2 different signs once you get to the lockers – one for the English
                                Wing and the other for the one room we will use in the Foreign Language Wing
                                (288) – post accordingly so people can see them
                             6.  Nancy – After the panel discussion -you should have some students guides
                                standing at the lockers to direct people to the two different wings. Most people
                                will be going to the English Wing.
                             7.  Once the signs are up Then, post Nancy, Alonzo and 2 students each at the
                                auditorium doors and give out the programs.
                             8.  At then end of the panel discussion, when Diane dismisses the Facilitators, the
                                designated student guides should also leave and post themselves along the route
                                to the English and Foreign language wings to guide/help people.
                             9.  Then all students should join their assigned small groups.
