IX. REVISIONS AND REVIEW

A. The By-Laws will be reviewed every three years

B. Modifications to these bylaws may be proposed in writing at any time
by the BC Steering Committee or a representative of a Partner organization

C. If accepted by the Steering Committee, modifications to the bylaws
will be communicated to the Partnership for consideration 30 days prior to
discussion. and voting by the BCPDRP, according to Section 6.2-Voting and
Decision Making
