                Bay Shore Pediatrics Adds New Doctor


                                      Board-certified pediatrician Dr. Bethany God has joined Bay Shore Pediatrics in Suite 207
                                      in the Calvert Medical Arts Building in Prince Frederick. The group, which also includes Drs.
                                      Michael Skolnick, Meghan Chiu, Manbir Singh and Carolyn Bhogte, specializes in the care
                                      of newborns to young adults.
                                              She graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine in 2011 and went
                                      on to complete her training in pediatrics at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in
                                      Bethesda. Dr. God served in the US Navy for 11 years before retiring as a Lt. Commander in
                                      August. “The diverse training and experience I received in the Navy has allowed me to become
                                      a more well-rounded person and physician.”
                                             Dr. God said she chose pediatrics “because I love being able to support and educate families
                                      in the exciting adventure that is child-rearing, especially in the area of preventive medicine.”
                    She went on to add, “Parenting is hard, I’m here to help families sift through the overwhelming amount of electronic
                information available and provide evidence-based practices and recommendations. I want them to feel comfortable and
                truly cared about.”
