• If requested, to submit in writing candidates for the BC Steering
                              Committee.  If selected, the candidate will sit on the BC Steering
                              Committee for a term of three years
                          • To submit a digital copy of the organization’s logo for the use of
                              publicity and grants


                          B. Partnership Terms

                                 • The term of the organizational Partner is indefinite unless
                                     withdrawn, in writing to the Steering Committee Chairperson,
                                     by the organizational partner

                                 • Each organizational Partner reserves the right to resign their
                                     membership at any time

                    Section 4.4 Benefits the Partners receive from the Big Conversation
               (BCPDRP)

                         •  A voice for issues within their organizations and communities
                         •  Opportunity to be involved in Big Conversation events through
                            participation and promotion
                         •  Opportunity to receive information both informally and formally
                            through Big Conversation events and Partner meetings
                         •  Access to Executive Summaries produced after BC forums
                         •  Opportunity to develop collegial collaboration with other Partners
                         •  A positive PR factor both internally as well as in the broader
                            community
                         •  Evidence for accountability for internal reports as well as to state,
                            federal and other reporting organizations


                   Section 4.5 Benefits the BCPDRP Receives from Partner Organizations


                   • Allow the BCPDaP to tap into the concerns and interests of the Partners’
                       communities
                   • Give the BCPDRP audiences which are attuned to topics of its
                       Conversations and other activities
                   • Provide access to meeting spaces and equipment needed for forums and
                       other activities
                   • Provide skills the BCPDRP needs when putting on forums and other
                       activities
                   • Provide networking opportunities with media, politicians and other
                       organizations
                   • Provide feedback on and input into planning of forums and other activities
                   • Provide outreach through multiple varied organizations
